"Eyes That Cannot See" by David Lachappele |

In this picture, David Bowie is depicted with two false eye cut outs placed over his eye sockets. The lighting in this picture supports the main subject because it gives him definition but it is up-close and shows every definition to him and his faulty characteristics. In this picture, the light is coming from in front of him but to the left of him just enough to hive his right side of his face shadows. Since there is a hard shadow and little diffusion, the light source(s) would be close, probably a few feet away.
